Prices your way
Show a fixed price, a starting price, a price range, or no price for each service and add-on. If you’d rather quote every job, keep your prices hidden.
Vehicle details and condition
Customers pick their vehicle type, or enter the make, model, and year with suggestions as they type. They can also flag pet hair, stains, odor, and more, so there are no surprises when you arrive.
Request inbox and alerts
Every request lands in one inbox in your dashboard. Bookr emails you when a request comes in, and you can turn on text alerts too.

The team behind Bookr
Bookr was founded in 2026 by J.S. and is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
I’ll be honest: I’ve never worked as a detailer. But when I was young, I was obsessed with washing my dad’s car. I could wash it every day and never get bored.
When I looked at how detailers take bookings, most were using general tools like Jobber and Calendly that are built for every kind of business. So I built Bookr for mobile detailers only.

How Bookr works
Getting started
- Create an account. Your 7-day free trial starts right away, and no card is needed.
- Name your business, pick your page address, and choose how customers describe their vehicle.
- Choose whether customers see prices or ask for a quote.
- Check your services and working hours, then publish your page and share the link.
When a request comes in
Bookr emails you, and texts you too if you turn on text alerts. You contact the customer to confirm the price and the visit. Bookr doesn’t confirm appointments or take payments for you.
