DETAILERMADE starts with allowing your customers to book a time that is available and pay by card. Bookr allows your customers to send you a request with their vehicle and what condition it’s in and you can quote them.

Here are some things DETAILERMADE does that we don’t
- Ability to book a time online. DETAILERMADE allows your customer to see what times are available and book a time, according to their FAQ. We allow your customer to select their preferred date and time and you can confirm.
- Payment by card. All plans on DETAILERMADE will allow you to take payments by card. It’s 2.99% + 30 cents per transaction. They also charge 30 cents to send funds to your bank. On their plans of Choice and up they will allow you to take a deposit. We do not take payment for your services.
- Allow customers to send pictures. If you’re on the Choice plan your customer can upload pictures when requesting an estimate. We do not allow pictures on our form.
- Will store your customers’ vehicles and addresses. We keep each request, but not a customer history.
Here are some things we do different than DETAILERMADE
- Allow customers to request and tell you about the condition of their vehicle. For $20/month your customer can select what vehicle they would like serviced and if there are any conditions. Such as pet hair, stains, odor, sand, heavy dirt, mold, food spills and grease. On DETAILERMADE your customer can request an estimate online, answer questions about the condition of the vehicle and say if there’s any pet hair or stains on their Choice plan which is $99/mo.
- Can display prices as you like. You can have your services show as a price, starting at price, a range or you can hide the price.
- Embed on your website. Today! You can embed our form on your website inline, as a pop-up button or as a floating button. Or even just give your customer the link to our form. DETAILERMADE has this as a coming soon feature on their Exclusive plan.
- Quote them a price. You can send your customer a quote from your phone and convert it to an invoice once the job is complete.
- Outside the USA. Bookr can be used by businesses outside of the USA too. Your page can be in English, Spanish, German, French, Dutch, Portuguese and Italian. DETAILERMADE is currently only available in the USA. Our text alerts are only available in the USA as well but you can still receive Email alerts.
